We work to ensure everyone has the support, resources and behaviours to allow them to feel good, function well and sustain their mental health. We have an amazing challenge for you: use your team leadership and project management skills to improve mental health and wellbeing across a range of settings in Aotearoa New Zealand.

You will have:

  • Three plus years managing the implementation of public health and/or community engagement programmes and projects.
  • Strong people, project and budget management experience.
  • Fantastic relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with a diverse range of cultures and communities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working within a management team.

Experience working in a kaupapa Māori environment is an advantage. If this sounds like your dream role, we’d love to hear from you. This role manages a team of health promoters and contractors across a range of projects and activity streams. It sits within the MHF's Senior Management Team and reports to the General Manager of Operations. The salary will be commensurate with the successful candidate's skills and experience for the role.
